It would seem treatment paradigms might shift to using biologics right from the start: http://www.insidermedicine.ca/arc...rd_Treatment_for_Crohns_2209.aspx

The remission rates in either group are pretty small: 61% for the 'new, cutting edge' group and 42% for the convential group.
