There was a study done at the Montreal General Hospital using the Map cocktail of antibiotics.

You can contact Dr. Marcel Behr, he is the Chief of the Infectious Diseases Department at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal.  He works with Dr. Alain Biton, Chief of Gastroenterology.  You can give him my name, Diane Fagen, and tell him that I sent you.  He has in the past perscribed the Map antibiotic treatment.  Good Luck Diane Fagen, Map Canada
